ZF Group is seeking a production leader to drive responsibility for developing people and actively advancing production processes at our site in Germany. You will join the production leadership team and help shape the future of the site.

You bring several years of leadership experience in manufacturing, with willingness to work a 3-shift operation and leadership responsibilities. Proficiency in SAP and MS Office is essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold further qualification as an Industrial Foreman or mechanical technician or equivalent technical cert.
• Several years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift operation and provide shift leadership.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
• Experience in the automotive supplier industry is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Lead, manage, and further develop your team both professionally and disciplinarily.
• Ensure the timely execution of the production program through the optimal use of personnel, equipment, and resources.
• Take responsibility for compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and energy requirements.
• Manage and continuously optimize production workflows, KPIs, and processes in line with Lean Management and CIP.
• Conduct team meetings, training sessions, employee reviews, and development discussions.
• Support production planning and assist the Production Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Contribute to the introduction of new projects through to successful serial production and collaborate closely with the Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics departments.

Your Profile:

• Further qualification as an Industrial Foreman, Mechanical Engineering Technician, or a comparable technical qualification

• Willingness to work in a 3-shift operation and provide shift-related leadership support
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP
• Strong communication skills, teamwork orientation, and assertiveness
• Experience in the automotive supplier industry and knowledge of serial production processes are advantageous
