persona service AG & Co. KG is seeking a machinist/lathe operator in Germany to operate, set up and monitor lathes, and perform quality controls.

You will ensure dimensional accuracy and maintain a clean workstation in a metalworking environment. The ideal candidate holds a completed vocational qualification (or a comparable qualification) in metalworking, communicates in German, and demonstrates careful, precise work with reliability and responsibility.

Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational qualification in metalworking or as machinist/lathe operator.
• Strong technical understanding and experience with lathes.
• Ability to use measuring equipment for quality control and dimensional checks.

• You have a good command of spoken German and hold a valid work permit
