persona service AG & Co. KG in Baden-Württemberg is seeking a skilled operator for injection moulding who can set up moulds and peripheral equipment for prototypes, small batches and mass production.

You will monitor machines, optimise processes for quality and efficiency, document data traceably, and contribute to trial production of new moulds while identifying faults early and ensuring finished components meet dimensional tolerances.

Qualifikationen

• You have completed vocational training as a process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification.
• You have already gained experience in operating and setting up injection moulding machines.
• You are characterised by technical understanding and a keen eye for quality.
• You have good German language skills and a valid work permit.

Aufgaben

• You will operate and monitor injection moulding machines for prototypes, small batches and mass production

• You will continuously optimise production processes to improve quality and efficiency
• You will document process and quality data carefully and in a traceable manner
