persona service AG & Co. KG is seeking a skilled Machining Technician to set up vertical lathes (Citizen/Star) for ongoing production. You will load and adjust programs using Mitsubishi, produce pilot parts, and verify dimensional accuracy.

You will monitor processes, fix minor faults, and document measurements. The role requires a vocational qualification in metalworking, familiarity with the Mitsubishi control system, and a precise, reliable work approach.

• You will set up Citizen and Star vertical lathes for ongoing production

• You will independently rectify minor faults on the machines

What we are looking for

• a completed vocational qualification, e.g. as a machining mechanic (m/f/d) or a precision engineering mechanic (m/f/d) or you have a comparable qualification in the metalworking sector ideally, you have experience in setting up vertical turning lathes, preferably with Citizen or Star machines
• Knowledge of the Mitsubishi control system would be an advantage
• Your technical understanding and manual dexterity are strong points
• You work carefully and precisely, even during repetitive set-up and adjustment processes
• A spoken command of German and a valid work permit are part of your profile
• You are characterised by your reliability, ability to work in a team, and an independent and responsible approach to work
