Zusammenfassung

persona service AG & Co. KG is seeking skilled CNC lathe operators to join the production team. You will program and operate CNC lathes to manufacture precision workpieces, set up conventional lathes, and work with turning centres and multi-axis machines.

You will conduct measurements, interpret drawings, and continuously optimise programmes and tools while maintaining high production quality. Fluency in German and valid work permit are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training in a machining/lathe-related field.
• Experience programming and operating CNC lathes.
• Familiar with TRAUB, FANUC or SIEMENS control systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings with confidence.

Your responsibilities

• You will operate and programme CNC lathes for the production of precision workpieces
• You will set up and operate conventional lathes in accordance with specifications
• You will machine workpieces on complex, multi-axis machines, in particular turning centres
• You will work confidently and expertly with various control systems such as TRAUB, FANUC and SIEMENS
• You will set up and configure CNC lathes independently
• You will continuously optimise existing CNC programmes and the tools used
• You will evaluate measurement results and draw conclusions regarding production quality
• You will carefully document work processes and production results

What we’re looking for

• You have completed vocational training as a machining technician (m/f/d), lathe operator (m/f/d) or in a comparable metalworking profession
• You have experience in programming and operating CNC lathes
• You are familiar with common control systems such as TRAUB, FANUC or SIEMENS
• You are familiar with operating conventional lathes
• You have a strong technical understanding of complex, multi-axis machines and turning centres
• You can read and interpret technical drawings with confidence
• Good German language skills and a valid work permit are part of your profile
• Working meticulously and precisely comes naturally to you
