persona service AG & Co. KG seeks a skilled technician to install EMSR systems in industrial facilities. You will perform mechanical processing, cable and connect devices according to technical drawings, and work under cleanroom conditions.

Essential qualifications include an electrical engineering apprenticeship or equivalent EMSR experience, pneumatics knowledge, ability to read circuit diagrams, and fluent German with a valid work permit. On-site work, including abroad, is required.

Qualifikationen

• Completed apprenticeship in electrical engineering or a related field (e.g., electrician or automation electronics).
• Alternative qualification with EMSR, measurement and control experience is acceptable.
• Sound knowledge of pneumatics and pneumatic systems installation/maintenance.

Your responsibilities

• You’ll be responsible for installing EMSR systems (electrical measurement, control and regulation technology) in various industrial facilities
• You’ll be responsible for carrying out mechanical processing (e.g. sawing, filing, drilling) on metallic and non-metallic materials
• You will also be responsible for the cabling and connection of measurement, control and regulation devices in accordance with technical drawings and circuit diagrams
• In addition, you will install pneumatic systems and provide support in the areas of plastics, stainless steel, etc.
• Troubleshooting, diagnosing and rectifying faults in EMSR systems also form part of your remit
• You will carry out functional tests and acceptance checks on the installed systems
• You will play a part in optimising and documenting plant processes
• Furthermore, you will be responsible for preparing and managing cross-departmental projects
• Working under cleanroom conditions and in compliance with regulations on hygiene, order and cleanliness rounds off your role

What we're looking for

• a completed apprenticeship in the electrical engineering sector, e.g. as an electrician (m/f/d) or an electronics technician specialising in automation technology (m/f/d)
• or you have a comparable qualification ideally, you have already gained professional experience in the field of EMSR, measurement and control technology or automation
• you have sound knowledge of pneumatics, particularly in the installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of pneumatic systems
• furthermore, you are no stranger to working with various materials, particularly plastics
• You are confident in reading and understanding circuit diagrams and technical documentation
• Good written and spoken German, as well as a valid work permit, are part of your profile
• You are willing to work on site at clients' premises, including abroad where necessary
• You hold a Class B driving licence
• You are characterised by an independent, team-oriented and meticulous approach to your work
