Job summary

Gulp Ag sucht am Standort Oberkochen eine/n Produktionskontroll-Techniker/in (m/w/d) in befristeter Anstellung mit 35 Std./Woche. Sie sind primär Ansprechpartner/in für Materialverfügbarkeit während der Planungsphase und der laufenden Produktion.

Sie steuern Informationsfluss, Terminplanung und Berichte. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören die Visualisierung und Bewertung des Produktionsfortschritts, Entwicklung von Verbesserungen sowie die frühzeitige Identifikation von Engpässen und deren Eskalation an

Qualifications

• Ausbildung als Meister (m/w/d) oder staatlich geprüfter Techniker (m/w/d) erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Produktion, idealerweise in Produktionssteuerung oder Materialplanung.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse von Produktions- und Wertschöpfungsprozessen.
• Kenntnisse in der Anwendung, Bestimmung und Aufbereitung von KPIs sowie Ableitung von Maßnahmen.
• Sichere MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel.
• Sehr gute SAP R/3 Kenntnisse.
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Responsibilities

• Manuelle Terminplanung bei speziellen Anforderungen.
• Visualisierung, Präsentation und Bewertung von Produktionsaufträgen.

Job description

For a renowned high-tech company in Oberkochen, we are seeking a dedicated Production Control Technician (m/f/d) for a temporary position starting November 1, 2026. This is a full-time position (35 hours/week) initially limited to 14 months. You will be the primary contact person (m/f/d) for questions regarding material availability during the initial planning phase and ongoing production. You will ensure a seamless flow of information regarding delivery dates, scheduling, and control. You will be responsible for the manual scheduling of special requirements. You will visualize, present, and evaluate the progress of production orders and develop necessary improvements and alternative solutions. You will be responsible for creating and continuously maintaining reports. You will identify potential bottlenecks, communicate them transparently, and manage early alerts to relevant stakeholders according to the established escalation matrix.

• Successfully completed training as a master craftsman (m/f/d) or state-certified technician (m/f/d).

• Several years of professional experience in a production environment, ideally in the field of production control or material planning.

• Strong understanding of production and value creation processes.

• Sound professional knowledge in the application, determination and processing of key performance indicators (KPIs) as well as the pronounced ability to interpret them in order to derive targeted measures.

• Proficient use of common MS Office applications, especially sound knowledge of Excel, is required.

• Very good user knowledge of SAP R/3.

• Excellent German skills, both spoken and written.
