Production Planner / Technical Coordinator / Technical Draftsman (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Planning and scheduling manufacturing orders while considering capacities, deadlines, and available resources
• Creating and maintaining production schedules and monitoring project timelines
• Supporting technical order processing and project execution
• Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining technical drawings, bills of materials, and manufacturing documentation
• Coordinating activities between engineering, purchasing, production, and assembly departments
• Monitoring production progress and supporting material and resource planning
• Maintaining master data, bills of materials, and technical documentation within the ERP system
• Clarifying technical details with suppliers and internal departments
• Preparing manufacturing and assembly documentation
• Supporting department management with organizational and administrative tasks
• Participating in the continuous improvement of production processes and workflows

Your Profile

• Successfully completed technical education, such as Technical Draftsman, Technical Product Designer, Mechanical Technician, Industrial Engineer, or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, several years of experience in production planning, work preparation, or technical administration
• Strong understanding of technical drawings, bills of materials, and manufacturing documentation
• Experience with CAD systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage
• Structured, independent, and reliable working style
• Strong organizational skills and technical understanding
• Good communication skills in both German and English
