Job summary

Gulp AG in Munich seeks an Order Coordinator / Production Planner (m/f/d) with strong analytical thinking to serve as the central interface between materials control and production. Responsibilities

• Review orders for feasibility and capacity allocation in SAP.
• Plant-specific rough planning of deadlines, production capacities, material capacities, and order status.
• Define, plan, and monitor work-in-progress inventory on a cost center basis in production.
• Manage inventory levels of in-house manufactured parts and define strategic inventory concepts.
• Monitor resource availability and adjust cost center capacities.
• Collaborate on inventory and deadline changes with materials control and production.

To efficiently manage their steadily increasing order volume, we are seeking a skilled and analytically minded Order Coordinator / Production Planner (m/f/d). You will form the central interface between materials control and production. Your core tasks will include plant-specific rough planning, monitoring resource availability, and optimizing work-in-process inventory in SAP. Your responsibilities will include: reviewing orders for feasibility and capacity allocation in the SAP system; plant-specific rough planning of deadlines, production capacities, material capacities, and order status; defining, planning, and monitoring the implementation of work-in-process inventory on a cost center basis in the production area; managing the inventory levels of in-house manufactured parts and defining strategic inventory concepts; monitoring resource availability and adjusting cost center capacities; and collaborating on the change process regarding inventory and deadlines for in-house and externally manufactured parts in close coordination with materials control and production.
