Zusammenfassung

Clario is seeking a Product Owner (f/m/d) to translate product strategy into technology solutions that accelerate life-changing therapies. You will collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and stakeholders to define and prioritize requirements that deliver value for customers and patients.

In this hybrid role, you’ll own the team backlog, refine user stories and acceptance criteria, support Agile ceremonies, and guide delivery while ensuring compliance with development processes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in Agile environments translating business needs into technology requirements.
• Experience with backlog mgmt, user stories, acceptance criteria, and ALM tools.

Aufgaben

• Act as the key link between Product Management and Agile delivery teams translating vision into actionable user stories.
• Own and prioritize the team backlog, defining requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Architects, and other Product Owners to clarify requirements and manage dependencies.
• Participate in Program Increment planning, backlog refinement, sprints, demos, releases, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Support delivery with ongoing guidance, stakeholder feedback, and requirement clarification.
• Monitor progress, communicate risks, and help drive informed decisions throughout the lifecycle.
• Support release execution and delivery metrics while ensuring development process compliance.

In this role, you will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and other key stakeholders to ensure product requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, and delivered to create value for customers and patients.

What you’ll be doing

• Act as the key link between Product Management and Agile delivery teams, translating product vision, business priorities, and customer needs into clear and actionable user stories.
• Own and prioritize the team backlog, ensuring requirements and acceptance criteria are well defined and understood.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Architects, subject matter experts, and other Product Owners to clarify requirements, manage dependencies, and support delivery planning.
• Participate in Program Increment planning, backlog refinement, sprint ceremonies, demonstrations, release activities, and other Agile processes.
• Support teams in delivering high-quality solutions by providing ongoing guidance, stakeholder feedback, and requirement clarification.
• Monitor progress, communicate risks and challenges, and help drive informed decision-making throughout the product lifecycle.
• Support release execution and the tracking of relevant delivery metrics while ensuring compliance with applicable development processes and procedures.

What we look for

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of experience working in an Agile environment, translating business needs into technology requirements and contributing to product development.
• Proven experience with backlog management, requirements gathering, user story creation, acceptance criteria definition, and application lifecycle management tools.
• Good understanding of software development practices, including Agile methodologies, DevOps, CI/CD, and the software delivery lifecycle.
• Ability to understand complex business and technical challenges, prioritize competing demands, and support practical solution development.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• Experience working effectively in cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Experience with IT systems in clinical or regulated environments is advantageous.
• Fluent English language skills.
