Product Owner Responsibilities

• Your goal is to use SupplyOn software solutions and services (products) to simplify the day-to-day monitoring of your customers along the distribution chain.
• You describe the vision for the product you are responsible for in line with customer requirements and set targets.
• You then define the requirements for achieving the target and prioritize the product functions accordingly.
• In addition to working with the customer, you will be in close contact with development teams to analyze requirements and ensure the timely delivery of products and their functions.
• You create and maintain the product backlog to ensure that priorities are set correctly and aligned with the product goals.
• Ultimately, you are responsible for adhering to the project timelines and therefore also for the success of the project.
• In collaboration with the UX team, you will carry out user acceptance tests (UAT) and collect feedback to continuously improve the product. You will work in iterative loops, take on board the feedback gained and incorporate it into the next product development cycle.
• You are the main point of contact for all product-related internal and external stakeholder inquiries and offer your support.
• To identify opportunities for product improvements, you will carry out competitor analyses, anticipate industry trends, seek inspiration and keep yourself up to date.
• You always keep an eye on the vision of the product and the product goals and play a key role in continuously shaping them.
