Eye Security is building cybersecurity solutions with embedded cyber insurance for European organizations. We are growing and seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager – Cybersecurity to lead positioning, GTM and content strategy.

You will work cross-functionally with Product and Commercial teams, create sales enablement materials, monitor messaging effectiveness, and drive demand generation in a fast-growing, remote-friendly environment. Fluent English and German (C2) are required.

Formación

• 5+ years in Product Marketing in cybersecurity
• Ability to define messaging and GTM for B2B SaaS
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity market dynamics

Responsabilidades

• Develop and own positioning framework and value propositions for cybersecurity offerings
• Define go-to-market strategies for launches and updates with Product and Commercial teams
• Create and curate sales enablement materials (decks, training, battlecards, case studies, guides)
• Build competitive intelligence to inform messaging and strategy
• Define and execute a content strategy supporting thought leadership, demand generation, and education
• Track messaging effectiveness and iterate based on feedback and market response

Eye Security is providing cybersecurity with embedded cyber insurance solutions for organizations in Europe. Headquartered in the Netherlands, we are already over 190 FTEs and continue to grow internationally having secured our Series C funding of €60 Million! We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager – Cybersecurity (m/f/x) to join our Product team.

Задачи:

Develop and own the positioning framework and value propositions for our cybersecurity offerings, ensuring they resonate with technical and business buyers. Collaborate with Product and Commercial teams to define go-to-market strategies for new product launches and key service updates. Create and curate sales enablement materials including pitch decks, training, battlecards, case studies, and product guides. Build and maintain competitive intelligence that informs positioning, supports sales conversations, and influences product strategy. Define and execute a content strategy that supports thought leadership, demand generation, and customer education. Apply deep knowledge of cybersecurity threats, technologies, and market trends to inform messaging and positioning decisions. Track and measure the effectiveness of messaging and positioning initiatives, iterating based on customer feedback and market response.

Требования:

• 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, with proven expertise in the cybersecurity domain.


• Demonstrated ability to define product messaging, execute go-to-market strategies, and enable sales teams in complex B2B SaaS environments.


• Strong understanding of cybersecurity market dynamics, customer pain points, and competitive positioning.


• You can speak confidently about MDR, EDR, IR, and related technologies.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value.


• Strategic and analytical mindset with a bias for action.


• Comfortable setting direction and executing with high agency.


• Strong stakeholder management and project delivery skills.


• Experience working in remote, fast-growing environments where marketing operates with both strategic and hands‑on responsibility.


• Fluent English; German language (C2) is required
