It combines technology with hands-on expertise to detect, respond to, and recover from cyber threats in real time, making enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of every size.

Задачи

• Partner with Hiring Managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, shape hiring strategies, and advise throughout recruitment
• Own end-to-end recruitment for technical and business roles, from sourcing through offer acceptance, with a focus on quality and candidate experience
• Design and improve recruitment processes, including structured interviews, competency-based assessments, scorecards, and feedback loops
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines by engaging passive candidates and exploring new channels
• Use data and market insights to guide hiring decisions, identify improvement opportunities, and optimize recruitment performance
• Own Talent Acquisition initiatives beyond day-to-day hiring, including employer branding, recruitment operations, hiring manager enablement, recruiting events, and process improvements
