Job summary

IDnow ищет продакт-менеджера для ведения продукта Trust Platform на рынке. Вы будете руководить интеграциями, работать с стейкхолдерами и развивать аналитику по конверсии и мошенничеству.

Требуется опыт внедрения SaaS-продуктов, умение работать с многоканальными инициативами и способность общаться на профессиональном уровне с клиентами и командами.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Вести полномасштабную интеграцию внешних сигналов в Trust Platform.
• Оценивать поставщиков по коммерческим и техническим критериям; руководить RFP.
• Интегрировать другие продукты IDnow в Trust Platform и управлять зависимостями.
• Разрабатывать дашборды и аналитику по конверсии, оттокам и мошенничеству.
• Проектировать унифицированные схемы данных и повторно используемые блоки сигналов.

Описание

IDnow provides AI-driven, SaaS-based digital identity and fraud prevention solutions that help businesses operate securely, meet compliance needs, and prevent fraud in real time. Its Trust Platform brings identity and fraud prevention signals together into configurable customer journeys, connecting IDnow products, external providers, and customer needs.

Задачи

• Assess market needs, anticipate customer problems, and identify viable use cases in collaboration with customers and commercial teams
• Lead the end-to-end integration of non-IDnow signals, including biometrics, device fingerprinting, PEP and sanctions screening, document databases, and credit bureaus, across the orchestration model, studio, and APIs
• Evaluate vendors commercially and technically and lead RFP processes
• Own the integration of other IDnow products into the Trust Platform and manage cross-functional dependencies
• Own dashboard and analytics features that provide customers with real-time data on conversion, drop-offs, and fraud
• Design unified data schemas and reusable data blocks to standardize signals from different providers
• Enable internal teams to navigate the Trust Platform and help customers get the most value from their integrations

Требования

• 5+ Years of product management experience with end-to-end ownership of product strategy, discovery, prioritisation, delivery, and continuous improvement
• Experience bringing new products to market, coordinating go-to-market activities, and pricing SaaS products
• Ability to manage ambiguity and reassess direction and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with platforms, orchestration, APIs, or third-party integrations in technically complex environments
• Strong relationship-building skills with customers and commercial stakeholders, and ability to identify product opportunities through market conversations
• Track record of leading vendor evaluations and RFPs across commercial, technical, security, and operational criteria
• Autonomous and pragmatic working style; experience launching and scaling products
• Ability to communicate complex technical and business topics clearly to senior stakeholders, customers, and internal enablement audiences
• Candidates who prefer working on a single product in isolation, traditional product-owner work focused primarily on execution and backlog management, highly structured environments where every process already exists, or who are uncomfortable with complex stakeholder environments, multiple priorities, and ambiguity are not a fit
