IDnow in Berlin/Munich is seeking a (Senior) Product Manager, Trust Platform – Core. You own the orchestration, no-code Studio, and governance, delivering a trustworthy platform that scales for customers and internal teams.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Solution Engineering, Customer Success, and Commercial teams to translate long-term vision into a concrete, prioritized roadmap and robust tooling.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years product management experience at an API-based SaaS company.
• End-to-end ownership of product strategy, discovery, prioritisation, delivery, and continuous improvement.
• Experience with platforms, orchestration engines, no-code/low-code tools, or developer-facing products such as APIs, SDKs, and documentation.

As (Senior) Product Manager, Trust Platform – Core (f/m/d), you own the foundational engine of the Trust Platform: the orchestration and decisioning logic, the no-code Studio experience, and the governance, transparency, and developer experience that make the platform trustworthy and easy to build on. You work at the intersection of Engineering, Solution Engineering, Customer Success, and Commercial functions, ensuring the platform's core is robust, transparent, and easy to adopt at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• You own the core engine and foundational tooling of the Trust Platform, ensuring customers and internal teams can build, understand, and trust complex decision logic.
• Orchestration Engine: Own the logic engine that handles conditional routing, failover mechanisms, and decisioning, ensuring it is robust, scalable, and performant.
• No-Code Visual Builder: Drive continuous improvements in the Studio interface that allows non-technical users to build complex logic without writing or having to read code.
• Governance & Transparency: Deliver high-granularity version control and audit logs so customers can see exactly why, when, and by whom a decision was made.
• Developer Experience (DX): Optimize DX through state-of-the-art API design, ensuring documentation, SDKs, and sandbox environments are best-in-class.
• Internal Enablement: Act as the primary interface for other stakeholders, including Solution Engineers and Customer Success Managers, to ensure they can deploy custom setups efficiently.
• Balance execution and strategy: translate a long-term vision for the platform's core into a prioritized, well-sequenced roadmap that Engineering can execute against.
• Continuously gather feedback from Solution Engineers, Customer Success, and customers to identify gaps in orchestration, tooling, and documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Bring 3+ years product management experience gained at a company that is API-based and offers SaaS, with end-to-end ownership of product strategy, discovery, prioritisation, delivery, and continuous improvement.
• A good mix of execution and strategy is highly valued: you are equally comfortable defining long-term direction and rolling up your sleeves on day-to-day delivery.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment, have an easy time managing ambiguity and constantly re-assess the current direction and priorities
• Experience in a Solution Engineering role or similar can be an advantage for this position, given the close collaboration with Solution Engineers and Customer Success Managers.
• Demonstrate experience with platforms, orchestration engines, no-code/low-code tools, or developer-facing products such as APIs, SDKs, and documentation.
• Understand what makes a great developer experience and can translate that understanding into concrete product decisions.
• Experience planning or executing customer migrations to a new platform, in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams.
• Communicate complex technical topics clearly to engineering teams, senior stakeholders, customers, and internal enablement audiences.
