IDnow is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Trust Platform – Modules, based in Berlin/Munich. You will own platform capabilities that extend orchestration, studio, APIs, dashboards, and data, collaborating with Sales, Solutions, and Engineering to deliver market-leading identity and fraud prevention solutions.

You will influence end-to-end product strategy, drive go-to-market activities for SaaS offerings, and lead vendor evaluations.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of product management experience with end-to-end ownership of product strategy, discovery, prioritisation, delivery, and continuous improvement.
• Experience bringing new products to market, coordinating go-to-market activities and pricing of SaaS products.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment, able to manage ambiguity and re-assess direction.
• Knowledge of digital identity, fraud prevention, risk, compliance, or regulated industries is a strong plus.
• Experience with platforms, orchestration, APIs, or third-party integrations in complex environments.

The Trust Platform team builds the capabilities that bring identity and fraud prevention signals together into configurable customer journeys. It gives customers a consistent way to orchestrate signals, configure decision logic, and access outcomes through APIs and a studio. By connecting IDnow products, external providers, and customer needs, the team turns a broad platform ecosystem into clear, scalable solutions. Its work strengthens IDnow’s ability to help businesses make trusted decisions throughout the customer journey.

As (Senior) Product Manager, Trust Platform – Modules (f/m/d), you own the product direction for platform capabilities that extend the Trust Platform’s orchestration model, studio, APIs, dashboard, and data layer. You work at the intersection of market and commercial functions, customers, vendors, other IDnow product teams, Engineering, Data, Design, and Analytics. This is the most strategic and market-facing product role in the team, with responsibility for anticipating customer needs and translating them into coherent platform capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• You are very close to our customers and work closely with Sales, Solutions, Marketing, and other commercial functions to assess market needs, anticipate customer problems, and proactively identify viable use cases
• Lead the end-to-end integration lifecycle for non-IDnow signals, including biometrics, device fingerprinting, Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) and sanctions screening, document databases, and credit bureaus, across the orchestration model, studio, and application programming interfaces (APIs)
• Conduct commercial and technical evaluations of vendors and lead requests for proposal (RFP) processes to ensure the Trust Platform offers state-of-the-art tools and capabilities
• Act as the product counterpart to other IDnow product teams, own the integration of their products into the Trust Platform, and manage cross-functional dependencies
• Own the dashboards and analytics features within the Trust Platform dashboard, providing customers with meaningful real-time data on conversion, drop-offs, and fraud
• Design unified data schemas and reusable data blocks so signals from different providers use consistent definitions and speak the same language within the Trust Platform
• Enable internal teams to understand and navigate the Trust Platform so they can help customers gain the most value from their integration

• You prefer working on a single product in isolation over orchestrating a broad ecosystem of signals, vendors, and integrations.
• You prefer to work in a traditional product-owner style that primarily focuses on executing and backlog management
• You're looking for a highly structured environment where every process already exists.
• You are uncomfortable working in complex stakeholder environments with multiple priorities and high degree of ambiguity.

Preferred Experience

• You bring 5+ years of product management experience with end-to-end ownership of product strategy, discovery, prioritisation, delivery, and continuous improvement
• You have experience in bringing new products to the market, coordinating go to market activities and pricing of SaaS products
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment, have an easy time managing ambiguity and constantly re-assess the current direction and priorities
• Knowledge and experience in digital identity, fraud prevention, risk, compliance, or a regulated industry such as banking, fintech, insurance, or telecommunications is a strong plus
• You have experience with platforms, orchestration, APIs, or third-party integrations in a technically complex environment
• You are great at building strong relationships with customers and commercial stakeholders, using market conversations to identify meaningful product opportunities
• You have a track record of leading vendor evaluations and RFPs across commercial, technical, security, and operational criteria
• You an autonomous and pragmatic working style and experience in launching new products, bringing them to the market and scaling them
• Communicate complex technical and business topics clearly to senior stakeholders, customers, and internal enablement audiences
