International law firm seeks a Product Manager (m/w/d) SaaS to bridge business and IT in a fast-evolving technology landscape. The role focuses on governance, AI strategy, and product ownership across LegalTech and enterprise applications.

You will collaborate with solution architects, drive adoption, define KPIs, and ensure secure, compliant integration of AI-powered solutions while supporting hybrid work and international collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis in agile and digitally driven environments.
• Exposure to SaaS platforms, enterprise technology initiatives, or digital transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integration architectures, and data flows; able to communicate with business and technical stakeholders.

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog across a portfolio of LegalTech and business applications, translating business requirements into actionable and sprint-ready initiatives.
• Drive user adoption and continuous enhancement of digital platforms by aligning technology capabilities with business objectives.
• Contribute to the integration strategy across multiple systems and SaaS platforms, ensuring seamless data exchange, robust API governance, and a connected technology landscape.
• Support the rollout and optimization of AI-powered solutions, including Large Language Models (LLMs), automation tools, and agentic capabilities, ensuring practical integration into day-to-day workflows.
• Stay informed about emerging trends in LegalTech, AI, and digital innovation, transforming industry developments into actionable recommendations.
• Define, measure, and monitor KPIs related to product adoption, user engagement, and value realization, using data-driven insights to guide prioritization and decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with Solution Architects and technical stakeholders on vendor assessments, platform optimization, and technology selection while considering security, compliance, data protection, and responsible AI practices.

What what we are looking for

• Proven experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or a comparable role within agile and digitally driven environments.
• Exposure to SaaS platforms, enterprise technology initiatives, or digital transformation programs.
• Solid understanding of APIs, integration architectures, middleware solutions, and data flows, with the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities and translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise business language.
• Experience designing and executing adoption, enablement, or change management initiatives that drive user engagement and business value.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, ranging from requirements gathering to executive-level stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled solutions, automation platforms, or LLM-based technologies.
• Experience within LegalTech or professional services environments is advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional language skills are considered a plus.
