Job summary

STRATO Personal GmbH sucht eine/n Product Owner (m/w/d) für Sensor Management Capabilities. Hauptstandort ist Ingolstadt; Teilaufgaben in Manching. Verantwortlich für Vision, Roadmap und Backlog des Sensor-Management-Subsystems im Ground Mission Umfeld.

Sie arbeiten eng mit einem 10-köpfigen Entwicklungsteam, Systemarchitekten und Missionsingenieuren zusammen, planen Sprints, definieren Akzeptanzkriterien und steuern Risiken und Qualität gemäß DO-278C.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, Elektrotechnik oder Systems Engineering.
• Berufserfahrung in Domain Experience, Product Ownership, Systems Engineering, Stakeholder Management, Agile Facilitation, Risk & Compliance Awareness, datengetriebene Entscheidungsfindung.
• CSPO oder SAFe PO/PM Zertifizierung ist wünschenswert.
• Jira, Confluence, DOORS, CAMEO, MATLAB/Simulink, Git, Radar und EOS Kenntnisse.
• Fließendes Englisch; englischer Lebenslauf erforderlich.

Responsibilities

• Verantwortung für Vision und Roadmap des Sensor-Management-Subsystems.
• Definition von User Stories, Akzeptanzkriterien und DoD, Fokus auf Genauigkeit, Latenz und Zuverlässigkeit.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungsteam, Systemarchitekten und Missionsingenieuren zur Sprint-Planung.
• Risikomanagement, Compliance, Qualität, Nachverfolgbarkeit und Sicherheitsstandards wie DO-278C sicherstellen.
• Kontinuierliche Verbesserung, Abstimmung mit Planung, Kunden, Zertifizierungsstellen und Führungskräften.

Stellenbeschreibung

• Own the product vision and roadmap for the sensor-control subsystem within the overall Ground Mission and Armament System, translating mission requirements, stakeholder needs and regulatory constraints into a prioritized product backlog
• Define and manage user stories, acceptance criteria and the Definition of Done, covering functional performance such as accuracy, latency and reliability as well as systems-engineering requirements including traceability, safety and maintainability
• Work closely with the 10-person multidisciplinary development team and System Architects, Mission Engineers and Operations to plan and deliver realistic sprint goals, facilitate Scrum ceremonies and align sensor-control capabilities with system architecture and mission timelines
• Manage risks, compliance and quality, maintaining traceability matrices and ensuring safety- and mission-critical standards such as DO-278C are incorporated into backlog items and verified through testing; monitor and report KPIs including feature completion, defect density, sensor performance and schedule variance
• Drive continuous improvement and stakeholder alignment through agile and lean practices, data-driven decision-making and close coordination with mission planners, customers, certification bodies and senior leadership; support software architecture evaluation and integration when required

Anforderungsprofil

• Completed studies in the field of Computer Science, Aerospace, Electrical Engineering or Systems Engineering
• Professional experience in the field of Domain Experience, Product-Ownership, Systems Engineering, Stakeholder Management, Agile Facilitation, Risk & Compliance Awareness, Data-driven Decision Making and Software
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Certified SAFe Product Owner / Product Manager (POPM)
• Knowledge in using Jira, Confluence, DOORS, CAMEO, MATLAB/Simulink, Git, RADAR and EOS
• Fluent in English
• English CV required
