Zenjob Limited in Berlin is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to shape the product vision for a flexible staffing platform that coordinates demand and supply in real time, aligning student availability with client needs.

You will lead cross-functional teams, translate business goals into concrete features, run experiments with measurable outcomes, own delivery from concept to launch, and use data science collaboration to improve revenue and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management with meaningful impact on real-world processes such as staffing, logistics, fintech operations, or healthcare.
• Experience with marketplace dynamics and allocation problems.
• End-to-end delivery experience with complex products, including ability to explain what went wrong.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to derive answers independently and communicate with data scientists.
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Fluent English and German at C1 level or higher, with strong spoken and written fluency.
• Clear written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive product development from concept to launch, coordinating Engineering, Design, Ops, and Commercial through hypothesis, build, rollout, and post-launch decisions.
• Own project outcomes, define success metrics upfront, and assess whether targets were met.
• Communicate clearly through actionable executive memos, engineer-ready specifications, and explanations of trade-offs to Commercial.
