Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor seeks a Platform Integration Architect for Reader Business Unit to align platforms with internal systems and ecosystems. You will drive cross-unit integration, develop business cases, and champion interoperability across PMs, architects, and engineering teams.

Collaborating with Global Engineering leadership, you will define cross-platform requirements, promote component reuse, and shape monetization models for APIs and services, while keeping security and industry standards in focus.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in system integration, APIs, SDKs, or platform-based product environments.
• Familiarity with enterprise architectures, IoT ecosystems, and multi-product platform environments.
• Understanding of device security, credential management, secure elements, and authentication frameworks.
• Knowledge of PKI, key management, or IoT security models is a strong plus.
• Experience working with or contributing to industry standards and ecosystem alliances is preferred.
• Proven ability to influence across global, cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Define and drive how Reader Business Unit platforms align with and integrate into internal systems and adjacent ecosystems
Develop business cases for new platform or integration investments
Embed integration, interoperability, reuse, and ecosystem requirements into future platform definitions
Align product managers, platform architects, and engineering teams around integration principles, standards, and priorities
Collaborate with Global Engineering leadership on architectural decisions, integration frameworks, and platform priorities
Define cross-platform requirements and shared roadmap priorities
Drive reuse of common components, services, and integration frameworks
Establish models for interactions among devices, firmware, SDKs, APIs, and cloud services
Ensure a consistent and scalable developer and integration experience
Define integration with external ecosystems, partners, and enterprise architectures
Coordinate cross-product and cross-Business Unit integration topics and dependencies
Define monetization strategies for APIs, services, and ecosystem participation
Contribute to industry standards bodies and alliances
Monitor technology trends, competitive ecosystems, and evolving integration models
Gather customer, partner, and field feedback to identify integration gaps
Manage integration capabilities from concept through delivery and continuous improvement
Support go-to-market activities with positioning, messaging, and enablement

Requirements

• Experience in RFID, identification technologies, or adjacent domains
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field; equivalent experience considered
• Strong experience in system integration, APIs, SDKs, or platform-based product environments
• Familiarity with enterprise architectures, IoT ecosystems, and multi-product platform environments
• Understanding of device security, credential management, secure elements, and authentication frameworks
• Knowledge of PKI, key management, or IoT security models is a strong plus
• Experience working with or contributing to industry standards and ecosystem alliances is preferred
• Proven ability to influence across global, cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Comfortable operating at both strategic and detailed technical levels
• Experience working in agile development environments; SAFe is a plus
