CWS Cleanrooms, run by XPERTS, seeks an experienced Product Portfolio Manager to lead strategic oversight of multiple product groups. You will partner with sales to set long-term directions and ensure profitable growth across regions.

You bring five+ years in analytical product line management, strong ERP expertise, and excellent analytical skills. Travel as needed; English required, German preferred. This role emphasizes concrete value propositions and stakeholder enablement.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of five years in analytical product line management or a closely related discipline; cross-country portfolio experience.
• Deep knowledge of ERP systems and continuous improvement practices.
• Strong quantitative, analytical and organizational skills.
• Energetic, articulate and commercially savvy with opportunity identification.
• Willing to travel; English required, German preferred; additional languages are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Oversee the product portfolio across groups, act as second line contact to sales, set long-term strategy and align with business goals.
• Define and maintain service specifications and create strong value propositions for product groups; ensure timely product information distribution.
• Provide second-line support to sales and deliver trainings to promote Textiles and Academy portfolio.
• Manage product introductions and phase-outs within portfolios, coordinating alternatives for discontinued items.
• Drive innovation through market research, competitive insights and Voice of Customer feedback to support growth.
• Monitor profitability and initiate cost/value improvements while coordinating promotions with Marketing.

Your Responsibilities

• Portfolio Management Oversee the various product groups, act as the second line contact to our sales teams with regards to those product groups, setting the long terms strategy for those groups and align with the business goals.
• Value Proposition & Documentation: Define and maintain service specifications and create strong value propositions for the product groups , ensuring timely and accurate distribution of product information.
• Sales & Stakeholder Enablement: Provide expert second-line support to sales and deliver product/service trainings to ensure all commercial teams fully understand and effectively promote the Textiles and Academy portfolio.
• Data, Processes & Systems: manage product introductions and phase-outs within the portfolios, and coordinate suitable alternatives for discontinued items.
• Innovation, Market Insights & VoC: Drive innovation for the protfoliosby leveraging market research, competitive insights, and Voice of Customer feedback, developing strategic analyses to support growth.
• Profitability & growth: , monitor profitability, and initiate cost/value improvement actions for the portfolios while coordinating promotional needs with Marketing.

Your Skills and Qualifications

• Education & Expertise: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field; solid experience in product line management.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of five years in analytical product line management or a closely related discipline; experience managing multi-site or cross-country portfolios.
• ERP & Processes: Deep knowledge of ERP systems; experience with continuous improvement processes and related tools.
• Analytical Strength: Good quantitative, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Communication & Commercial Awareness: Energetic, articulate, and commercially savvy with the ability to identify new opportunities.
• Personal Traits & Flexibility: Self-motivated, eager to learn, consultative mindset; willing to travel as needed; English required, German preferred, additional languages an advantage.
