Our firm is partnering with a critically recognized game studio known for narrative-driven and systems-rich experiences to hire a Producer who will own the full production lifecycle of a major narrative-focused title and its ongoing content pipeline.

This role is responsible for planning, execution, coordination, and delivery across all disciplines, ensuring the project meets quality, scope, and timeline expectations. The Producer will work closely with narrative, design, art, engineering, QA, and localization teams, while partnering with production leadership to keep development aligned and on track.

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end production across a live content pipeline, from planning through final delivery.
• Build and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependency tracking across all disciplines.
• Run core production rituals, including standups, planning sessions, reviews, and milestone readiness checks.
• Track tasks, risks, blockers, and decisions in production tools such as Codecks or comparable systems.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across content, narrative, design, art, engineering, QA, and localization.
• Manage scope, prioritization, and change control to keep teams focused on milestone goals.
• Partner closely with senior production leadership on project status, risks, resourcing, and timelines.
• Organize playtests and internal feedback loops, ensuring issues are triaged and resolved effectively.
• Coordinate with external partners, including outsourcing teams, QA vendors, and localization providers.
• Maintain clear and up-to-date production documentation in tools such as Notion and Miro.

What We’re Looking For

Required

• Proven experience as a Producer or Project Manager on game development projects from production start through delivery.
• Strong understanding of game development workflows across narrative, design, art, engineering, QA, and localization.
• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining schedules, milestones, and dependency tracking.
• Experience running production rituals and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to surface risks and drive resolution.
• Hands‑on experience with production and tracking tools such as Codecks or similar platforms.
• Ability to manage scope, priorities, and change control in a structured and transparent manner.

Nice to Have

• Experience working on narrative‑driven or content‑heavy games.
• Familiarity with distributed or hybrid teams.
• Experience coordinating external partners such as outsourcing studios, QA vendors, or localization services.
• Experience working within established IPs or ongoing live content pipelines.
