Aesir Interactive GmbH in Munich is seeking a Producer to lead cross-functional teams and drive development from concept to hands-on players. You’ll own and plan one or multiple game projects, define the production vision, set milestones and remove roadblocks to keep delivery on track.

The ideal candidate ships at least two projects, knows how to define production processes, and is fluent in English. Proficiency with Jira/Confluence and Scrum is preferred.

Your role:

As a Producer, you’ll lead passionate cross-functional teams in creating innovative content and incredible experiences. By inspiring teams to collaborate, you’ll drive development, smashing through obstacles and driving projects across the finish-line and into players’ hands. You’ll meet and exceed expectations by helping deliver, enhance and influence creative projects at every stage of production.

• We are primarily looking for people who can live and work in Munich, but we also accept applications from those who can work exclusively remotely as long as they can explain how they can make it work.
• Own and plan one or multiple game projects.
• Own and drive project vision, be a product knowledge base for the entire team.
• Embrace your project's constraints and aim for the best possible outcome within these constraints.
• Build milestone roadmaps, identifying critical path issues and removing roadblocks that may threaten development progress.
• Manage Budget and Cashflow of your production, coming in and going out
• Manage internal and external communication and a high level of visibility amongst multiple contributing teams and studios.
• Think and act in a proactive, positive, critical and constructive way and sustain an environment where others can do the same.
• Working close with Project Management that owns the Team side of production
• Drive Production factors that ensure smooth execution by the Team
• Manage all Stakeholders and mitigate expectations
• Identify and Mitigate Risks in Production

• Shipped at least two projects as Game Producer or similar position.
• Know how to define production
• Are familiar with project management methods and tools
• Earn the confidence of your team, clients and C-Level that you own the product.
• Are able to talk marketing, art, design and software.
• Are eligible to work in Munich, Germany.
• Speak English fluently.
