Overview

Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Construction & Facilities Procurement Specialist and subject matter expert, you are responsible for developing and implementing the procurement strategy in your region, supporting all brands with efficient and sustainable solutions. By securing qualitative and cost-effective supplier setups, setting clear standards and KPIs, and driving negotiations with the teams in each country, you enable value creation and long-term impact across markets.

  • Build and communicate procurement strategies in close collaboration with global, regional, and sales market Construction & Facilities teams.
  • Procure, execute, and negotiate new and updated needs and scopes, primarily within facility services and maintenance.
  • Manage strategic governance of market agreements through follow-up and vendor meetings.
  • Set goals and KPIs for procurement and supplier management in collaboration with C&F Managers in each sales market.
  • Manage procurement tools and templates (e.g. RFI/RFP, agreement templates, LIMA).
  • Review, update, and draft general documentation together with the Legal department to support market C&F teams.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing advice and support across the organization on procurement-related matters.
  • Train and support 5 countries in all procurement aspects.
Who You’ll Work With

As part of the Regional Construction & Facilities team, you will work closely with the Regional C&F Manager and collaborate with C&F teams across the sales markets, including C&F Controlling and the Energy Specialist. You will also partner with Group Expansion and the legal department to align on global standards and tools. By representing your region in procurement forums and acting as a speaking partner for other functions, you contribute to shaping efficient, scalable ways of working.

Who You Are

  • A degree in Law, Facility Management, Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience. Procurement certifications are an advantage.
  • At least 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • A proven track record in setting and implementing procurement strategies.
  • Experience from retail construction and/or facility management (considered meriting).
  • Experience working in international, matrix organizations with multiple stakeholders and seniority levels.
  • Strong skills in procurement, negotiation, and supplier management.
  • Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Fluency in German.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
