Job summary

One Mobility Group in Germany is seeking a Procurement Project Management Coordinator (Team Lead) to lead and coordinate PPM activities across regions for OEM and Tier 1 programs, from RFQ management to launch.

You will mentor up to 9 global PPMs, drive cross-regional procurement projects, manage escalations, and ensure governance and alignment with management, suppliers, and customers.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent education/background.
• Fluent English (German is nice to have)
• 3-5 years experience in Team Lead role
• Experience in automotive industry
• Accountability
• Proactive personality

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate PPM activities across regions for OEM and Tier 1 projects.
• Drive RFQ management, industrialization, and launch activities.
• Provide serial production support and performance management.
• Coordinate cross-regional procurement projects and escalation management.
• Lead project reviews and governance, align stakeholders.
• Interface with management, project teams, suppliers, and customers.
• Support execution of procurement and business strategy.
• Align across global OEM and Tier 1 programs.

We are looking for a

Procurement Project Management Coordinator (Team Lead)

at one of our locations in EMEA region - Hungary (Budaörs) or Germany (Reutlingen)

Your tasks:

• Leading and coordinating PPM activities across all regions, supporting both OEM or Tier 1 customers throughout the entire product lifecycle, including:

• Functional leadership of up to 9 global PPMs


• Project portfolio and resource steering across regions


• Prioritization of RFQs, customer projects, and procurement activities


• Target deployment and performance management


• Escalation and risk management


• Leadership of project reviews and governance processes
