Zusammenfassung

One Mobility GmbH is seeking a Logistics Assistant (m/f/d) at our location in Germany - Rülzheim. You will handle order processing, shipping coordination, and material planning in a dynamic, global team.

The role requires an initial logistics background, strong organizational skills, and fluency in German and English. We offer a permanent full-time contract, comprehensive induction, and attractive remuneration with benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Completed commercial education, e.g. as an industrial clerk or freight forwarding clerk.
• Initial professional experience in logistics, ideally in the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of common logistics processes (EDI, delivery calls, JIT/JIS).
• Ability to work in a team, organizational skills, and flexibility.
• Good German and English skills.

Aufgaben

• Order processing and shipping management in coordination with customers and shipping companies.
• Planning and management of material supply, taking delivery dates and inventory into account.
• Preparation of shipping documents, delivery notes, and customs documents.
• Maintenance of master data and timely posting in the ERP system.
• Support in the optimization of logistics processes.
