Zusammenfassung

One Mobility GmbH is seeking a Project Controller (m/f/d) to drive the Global Project Controlling concept from Reutlingen and other German locations. You will partner with project teams, report to functional heads, and supervise project controllers across regions and plants.

The role requires a degree in business administration with a controlling focus, strong analytical and communication skills, and fluency in English (German is a plus).

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Business Administration with a focus on Controlling or equivalent qualification.
• Desirable: relevant professional experience in project controlling of an industrial company.
• Experience in manufacturing environment is advantageous, ideally automotive.
• Business fluent English; German would be an advantage.
• Technical knowledge: SAP FI/CO/PS; Microsoft 365; BI tools like Qlik or PowerBI; Teamcenter.

Aufgaben

• Play a key role in the development and implementation of the Global Project Controlling concept.
• Act as Business Partner to Project Teams, interface to Functional Heads and provide technical supervision to Project Controller.
• Support development, implementation and improvement of Project Controlling Governance (Processes, Systems, Reports) across Regions and Plants.
• Coordinate with Global Controlling to improve and mature processes; develop existing controlling instruments.
• Collaborate on monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Support forecast and budget processes.
• Support global customization for all Financial Systems related to Project Controlling.
• Prepare and organize work instructions, project descriptions in required languages; train Regions and Plants on Project Controlling Processes, Concepts and Systems.

We are looking for

Project Controller (m/f/d)

at our locations in EMEA region - Germany (Reutlingen), Hungary (Budaörs)

Your tasks:

• You will play a key roll in the development and implementation of our new Global Project Controlling concept


• Business Partner to the Project-Teams, Interface to Functional Heads and Technical supervision to the Project Controller.


• Support to develop, implement and improve Project Controlling Governance (Processes, Systems, Reports) in the Regions and Plants.


• Interface to Global Controlling to improve and mature processes. Further development of existing controlling instruments.


• Collaboration on monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.


• Support of forecast and budget processes.


• Support global customizing for all Financial Systems related to Project Controlling.


• Prepare and organize work instructions and project descriptions in necessary languages, give trainings on Project Controlling Processes, Concepts and System within the Regions and Plants.

• University degree in Business Administration with a focus on Controlling or equivalent qualification


• Relevant professional experience in project controlling of an industrial company is desirable


• Experience in manufacturing environment (experience in automotive is an advantage)


• Business fluent English skills (German is an advantage)


• Soft skills: Great interest in business topics combined with strategic thinking. Strong analytical skills. Stability and assertiveness vis‑à‑vis top management. High self‑motivation paired with strong communication skills including moderation and presentation skills


• Technical knowledge: SAP FI / CO / PS (desirable). Microsoft 365. BI Tools (Qlik, PowerBI etc.). Teamcenter


• Willingness to travel (20% yearly)
