Job summary

Keysight Technologies is seeking a Procurement Manager / Program Manager in Böblingen, Germany, to lead end-to-end sourcing for new product introductions and lifecycle management within a hybrid work setup.

You will guide global procurement strategies, manage cross-functional programs with Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing and Quality, and drive cost competitiveness, risk mitigation, and supply continuity to support Keysight's growth and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Significant leadership experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Program Management.
• Proven track record leading teams and high-performing organizations.
• Experience in high-tech manufacturing sectors (electronics/semiconductor) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and German.

As part of our Global Supply Chain organization, the Procurement Manager / Program Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring supply continuity, driving cost competitiveness, and enabling successful product introductions through strategic supplier partnerships and cross-functional leadership.

In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of New Product Introductions (NPI), product lifecycle management, and operational excellence initiatives. You will lead strategic sourcing and procurement activities while managing complex, cross-functional programs involving Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.

Your focus will be on developing and executing supply chain strategies that align with business objectives, mitigate risks, optimize costs, and support the successful launch and ramp-up of new products. Through strong stakeholder management and project leadership, you will ensure seamless collaboration across the organization and contribute directly to Keysight's continued growth and innovation.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in Procurement, Supply Chain or Program Management.
• Demonstrated success leading teams and developing high-performing organizations.
• Strong business acumen with experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience in high-tech manufacturing, electronics, semiconductor, photonics, or related industries.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English and German.
