As part of our Global Supply Chain organization, the Procurement Manager / Program Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring supply continuity, driving cost competitiveness, and enabling successful product introductions through strategic supplier partnerships and cross-functional leadership.

In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of New Product Introductions (NPI), product lifecycle management, and operational excellence initiatives. You will lead strategic sourcing and procurement activities while managing complex, cross-functional programs involving Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.

Your focus will be on developing and executing supply chain strategies that align with business objectives, mitigate risks, optimize costs, and support the successful launch and ramp-up of new products. Through strong stakeholder management and project leadership, you will ensure seamless collaboration across the organization and contribute directly to Keysight's continued growth and innovation.
