Zusammenfassung

SourceFlow is seeking a Procurement & Supply Chain Manager for renewable-energy projects in Germany. You will manage procurement, negotiate contracts, develop supplier-management processes and coordinate logistics and purchasing across projects.

The role requires 3–5 years in procurement or supply-chain, experience in renewable-energy, strong negotiation skills, fluent German and English, and hands-on leadership to grow with the company.

Qualifikationen

• Three to five years of procurement or supply-chain experience.
• Renewable-energy, solar or battery-storage experience.
• Strong supplier negotiation and contract-management skills.
• Knowledge of logistics and operational procurement.
• Fluent German and strong English.
• Proactive, hands-on and capable of developing new processes.
