Job summary

avitea GmbH in the Paderborn area is seeking a Process Technician in plastics and rubber technology (m/f/d) to support a client in a long‑term assignment.

You will set up injection molding machines, perform mold changes, monitor and optimize production, ensure quality and quantity, inspect products and drive corrective actions, and be willing to work shifts. This role offers realistic terms and a potential permanent position.

Qualifications

• Completed training as a process technician in plastics and rubber technology or comparable training.
• Experience operating injection molding machines is required.
• Willingness to work shifts.
