Carnival Maritime GmbH is seeking a proactive PMO/Project Coordinator to support planning, documentation, and cross-functional coordination across brands and fleets. The role emphasizes structured processes, stakeholder communication, and timely project execution in a dynamic maritime environment.

Qualifikationen

• University degree or professional training in Business Administration, Project Management, Process Management, Maritime Operations or a comparable qualification.
• First professional experience in PMO support, project coordination, process management, training coordination or change management.
• Experience in maritime, fleet operations or international corporate environment is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of coordination, stakeholder management, documentation and risk/action tracking; familiarity with implementation activities.

Aufgaben

• Support planning and coordination, including creation and maintenance of project plans, timelines and status overviews.
• Prepare project documentation and reporting, including minutes, logs and steering materials.
• Coordinate communication across business teams, fleet users, IT, partners and project members.
• Support implementation, change and training readiness with required docs and communications.
• Track progress, risks, issues and dependencies; escalate deviations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning and coordination, including preparation and maintenance of project plans, timelines, milestones, action logs, RAID logs, and status overviews
• Prepare project documentation and reporting, including meeting minutes, decision logs, project status updates, steering materials, and implementation readiness overviews
• Coordinate communication and alignment across stakeholders, including business teams, fleet users, IT, external partners, and project team members to support smooth project execution
• Support implementation, change, and training readiness activities, ensuring that required documentation, training materials, user communication, and implementation support preparations are completed on time
• Track project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables, ensuring timely follow-up with stakeholders and escalation of deviations where required

Qualifications

• University degree or completed professional training in Business Administration, Project Management, Process Management, Maritime Operations or a comparable qualification
• First professional experience in project coordination, PMO support, process management, training coordination, change management, or system implementation
• Experience in maritime, fleet operations, technical operations or an international corporate environment would be an advantage
• Strong understanding of project coordination, stakeholder management, documentation, reporting, risk and action tracking, as well as process, system and training implementation activities
• Business fluent English skills and confident use of Microsoft Office 365, especially SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams; experience with Power BI, project management tools or RAID/action logs would be a plus
• Structured and self-driven way of working, strong organisational and communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders in an international environment
• Flexible working hours & the possibility to work from home for up to three days per week, providing a healthy work-life balance and increased convenience
