Zusammenfassung

Sungrow Europe in Munich is seeking a detail-oriented Process Management Specialist to support daily service operations by validating data and keeping information accurate, complete and consistent.

You will monitor and improve cross-functional processes, contribute improvements, maintain records, and help build simple dashboards and reports to inform decisions, including cost monitoring.

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing a degree in a relevant field (Business, Finance, Engineering).
• Strong communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
• Sharp eye for detail and high accuracy in handling information.
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Well organized, able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• English at C1 level; Chinese skills are a plus.
