Sungrow Europe in Munich is looking for an Operations Intern to support their service center team. You will engage in diverse responsibilities, such as tracking regional service requests and managing operational data to enhance service quality.

• You will support the follow‑up of regional service requests and coordinate the resources needed to keep work orders running smoothly and on time.
• You will assist project managers in tracking project progress, following up on key actions, and keeping process‑related data accurate and up to date in our internal systems.
• You will support the creation, tracking, and maintenance of service‑related processes and requests in our CRM and other internal tools - making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
• You will help optimize CRM workflows and operational processes, contributing directly to better efficiency and higher data quality across the team.
• You will track and consolidate regional ticket data, monitoring ticket status, closure progress, and overall accuracy so our engineers and clients always have a clear picture.
• You will organize and maintain business and operational documentation, ensuring everything is structured, accessible, and consistent for the whole team.
