The position holder (d/m/w) works as Process Industrialisation Manager.
Your Tasks
- Foster best practices through cross-benchmarking and open communication
- Improve end-to-end operational performance of Customer Service processes, including A220
- Define and deploy an audit concept with a focus on On Time and On Quality performance
- Define and implement operational process surveillance within Customer Services, including process adherence and Go Look See activities
- Analyze data and define Workflow Control Boards across Customer Services processes
- Use technologies such as Python, PySpark, SQL, SLATE, AppSheet and Google Looker Studio for data analysis and process optimization
- Perform data analyses to support compliance, performance improvements and fact-based decision-making
- Maintain close collaboration with key stakeholders within Customer Services and across the wider support domain process community
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification
- More than 3 years of experience in IT / information systems and Project Management
- More than 4 years of experience in Process Improvement, Quality Management and Quality Assurance
- Advanced specialist knowledge of Python and SQL
- Advanced knowledge of SAP and Google Workspace
- Good knowledge of Lean Management, Project Management and Total Quality Management / problem-solving methodologies
- Knowledge of GenAI technologies is an advantage
- Experience in Business Process Modelling (BPM) is an advantage
- Knowledge of PySpark, SLATE, AppSheet and Skywise is an advantage
- Fluent English (negotiation level); German and French are an advantage
