Zusammenfassung

Tintschl Technik GmbH sucht SAP-Spezialisten (d/m/w) für AIRBUS Defence and Space. Fokus: SAP User Management oder SAP BI/BW4HANA. Sie analysieren Berechtigungen, unterstützen Audits und arbeiten in komplexen SAP-Landschaften.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört die Implementierung von Berechtigungen, Entwicklung von BI-Lösungen und die Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams. Wir bieten Home Office nach Vereinbarung, flexible Arbeitszeiten und individuelle Weiterbildung.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder Bachelor in Informatik
• Mehr als 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in IT/Informationssystemen
• Berufserfahrung in SAP User Management, Rollen und Berechtigungen erforderlich
• Erfahrung mit NetWeaver, Security Weaver und GRC, insbesondere SoD-Konfliktprüfungen
• Erfahrung in großen SAP-Umgebungen
• ITIL-Zertifizierung und Fiori-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
• Fließendes Deutsch und Englisch (Verhandlungssprache)

Aufgaben

• Unterstützung von Endanwendern bei SAP-Rollen und Berechtigungen
• Analyse von Autorisierungsanträgen und Umsetzung geeigneter Lösungen
• Erstellung/Anpassung von Business Roles im SAP User Management
• Audits unterstützen und SAP-Berechtigungswissen bereitstellen
• Sicherstellen, dass Auditorenkonten aktuell sind
• Arbeiten in komplexen SAP-Landschaften
• Behebung von Anforderungen und Implementierung von BI/ BW4HANA-Lösungen
• Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Entwicklungsteams
• Unterstützung beim Scoping, Entwicklung, Deployment und Wartung von BI-Informationssystemen
• Beitrag zur BI-Strategie und Roadmap
• Lieferung von Projekten termingerecht, in Qualität und Kosten
• Arbeit nach agilen oder Wasserfall-Methoden

For our long-standing business partner AIRBUS Defence and Space, we are looking for you as a new employee of Tintschl Technik GmbH.

We are looking for SAP Specialists (d/m/w) for different areas of expertise. Depending on your professional background, your focus will be either SAP User Management & Authorizations or SAP BI / BW4HANA.

Your Tasks

Focus: SAP User Management & Authorizations

• Support end users with questions and issues related to SAP roles and authorizations
• Analyze authorization requests and implement appropriate solutions
• Create and update business roles in the SAP User Management environment and monitor background workflows
• Support internal and external audits and provide the required SAP authorization expertise
• Ensure auditor accounts are active and up to date
• Work within complex SAP system landscapes and support secure and compliant authorization processes

Focus: SAP BI / BW4HANA

• Act as BI specialist for reporting requirements and ensure high service quality and end-user satisfaction
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into end-to-end BI solutions
• Develop and enhance SAP BI and BW/4HANA solutions
• Work closely with international and interdisciplinary development teams
• Ensure seamless integration of new tools and changes into the existing application landscape
• Support the scoping, development, deployment, change management and maintenance of BI information systems
• Contribute to the BI strategy and roadmap and continuously evaluate new technological possibilities
• Deliver projects on time, on quality and on cost using agile or waterfall methodologies

Your Profile

For SAP User Management & Authorizations:

• Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker) with relevant professional experience, or a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification
• More than 3 years of professional experience in IT / Information Systems
• Professional experience in SAP User Management, SAP roles and authorizations is required
• Experience with NetWeaver, Security Weaver and GRC, particularly SoD conflict checks, is required
• Experience working in large and complex SAP environments is required
• Experience with SAP audits is an advantage
• ITIL certification and Fiori knowledge are an advantage
• Fluent German and English (negotiation level)

For SAP BI / BW4HANA:

• Master's degree / Diploma in Computer Science, a technical field or a comparable qualification
• More than 5 years of professional experience in IT / Information Systems
• Technical knowledge of SAP BW and extensive experience in BW/4HANA development is required
• Experience with SAP BusinessObjects reporting tools, particularly Lumira and Analysis for Office, is required
• SAP BusinessObjects administration skills are required
• ABAP knowledge is highly desirable
• Knowledge of UI5, Fiori, CDS and OData is an advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
