Tintschl Technik GmbH is seeking a Systems Engineer (m/f/d) for Airbus Defence and Space in Manching to design, develop and deliver instructor operator stations for Eurofighter training simulations. You will combine systems engineering, product ownership and project management to translate customer needs into clear specifications and roadmaps.

The role requires a Master’s in CS or Aerospace, 5+ years in engineering/aerospace, full lifecycle simulation experience, and knowledge of C++, Qt/QML,

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Computer Science or Aerospace.
• 5+ years of engineering and aerospace experience.
• Full lifecycle experience in simulation projects.
• Understanding of military aircraft systems (advantageous).
• Experience managing suppliers; strong English skills (German is a plus).
• Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, containerization, C++, and Qt/QML.

Your Tasks

The position is for a Systems Engineer (d/f/m) at Airbus Defence and Space in Manching, focused on the Eurofighter Training Simulator Instructor Operating Stations. The role involves designing, developing, and delivering instructor operator stations for simulation-based training, combining systems engineering, product ownership, and project management. Key tasks include translating customer needs into system specifications, shaping technical roadmaps, managing product backlogs, developing user-centric UIs with Qt/QML, risk management, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery, collaborating with suppliers, and regular progress reporting.

Your Profile

• Master's degree in Computer Science or Aerospace
• At least 5 years of engineering and aerospace experience
• Full lifecycle experience in simulation projects
• Understanding of military aircraft systems (advantageous)
• Experience managing suppliers, strong English skills (German is a plus)
• Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, containerization, C++, and Qt/QML
