• Design and dictate the strategic technology blueprint for the Chief Compliance and Legal offices
• Establish technical standards for systems such as OneTrust
• Integrate privacy and legal systems with InfoSec and IT infrastructure
• Evaluate, implement, and govern the Legal technology stack, including eDiscovery, Contract Lifecycle Management, and Matter Management
• Architect solutions to resolve operational bottlenecks for attorneys and internal stakeholders
• Identify and execute AI and automation opportunities in compliance workflows
• Design logic and automated responses to reduce manual overhead and deliver measurable ROI
• Evaluate, select, and manage third-party privacy/GRC and Legal Operations software vendors
• Own the financial budget and P&L for technology investments
• Drive enterprise contract negotiations and maintain a strategic roadmap for system upgrades
• Develop, configure, and maintain technical infrastructure for Privacy Incident Management
• Equip incident response and AI & Data Enablement teams to intake, triage, and enforce allowlists

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years in Enterprise Architecture, Legal Operations, Privacy Engineering, or Information Security
• Strong understanding of LLMs, OneTrust, and generating requirements for DSPM/DLP tools
• Deep knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and emerging frameworks including NIST and EU AI Act
• Expertise in evaluating and implementing Legal Operations technologies such as CLM and eDiscovery
• 12+ years acting as a functional lead in GRC, Legal Tech, or Privacy architecture preferred
• CIPP/E, CIPT, CISSP, or equivalent certifications preferred
