Aufgaben

• Act as the End Market SME for GDPR-related consumer information workflows and governance.
• Ensure practices align with GDPR requirements and BAT policies across processes and tech.
• Lead GDPR programs and coordinate workstreams across business, legal, and technology.
• Convert legal requirements into practical business and technical implementation plans.
• Partner with Legal to assess privacy risks and embed GDPR into data processes and systems.
• Drive data retention, deletion, consent management, access controls, and cookies.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and partner alignment with timelines and quality.
• Oversee consumer registration processes and compliant data collection.
• Drive enhancements to registration journeys and data quality controls.
• Support governance frameworks for secure, compliant consumer data usage.
• Identify automation, standardization, and simplification opportunities.

• Act as the End Market subject matter expert for GDPR-related consumer information workflows, governance, and strategic project delivery


• Ensure consumer-information handling practices, operational processes, and technical solutions align with GDPR requirements and BAT policies


• Lead and coordinate GDPR-related programs, projects, and workstreams across Business, Legal, and Technology functions


• Convert legal and compliance requirements into practical business requirements, operational processes, and technical implementation plans


• Partner with Legal and Compliance to assess privacy risks and embed GDPR requirements into consumer data processes, project delivery, and systems including Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Magento


• Drive initiatives related to data retention and deletion, consent management, access management, consumer data governance, website cookies, and privacy compliance


• Manage project achievements, risks, dependencies, and partner alignment against agreed timelines and quality expectations


• Oversee consumer registration processes and compliant data collection across relevant consumer touchpoints


• Drive enhancements to registration journeys, consent capture mechanisms, and consumer data quality controls


• Support governance frameworks for accurate, secure, and compliant use of consumer data


• Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and process simplification across the consumer data landscape

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Information Technology, Law, Data Protection, Digital Marketing, or a related field


• Significant experience in GDPR compliance, consumer data management, CRM operations, project management, or related fields


• Strong understanding of GDPR principles, consent management, consumer data lifecycle management, and privacy governance


• Ability to translate legal and regulatory requirements into practical business and technical solutions


• Proven experience leading complex cross-functional projects involving multiple collaborators and external partners


• Excellent collaborator management, communication, and influencing skills


• Fluent written and spoken English


• German fluency is expected
