Astemo Aftermarket Germany GmbH in Espelkamp is seeking a Pricing Specialist (m/f/d) to strengthen our Product Marketing in the Automotive Aftermarket business. In this newly created role you will develop pricing strategies, analyze market and profitability data, and support the evaluation of new products.

You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Supply Chain and Finance to establish pricing processes and tools, and may take on additional Product Management responsibilities as

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, Finance or comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in pricing, including analysis and development of pricing strategies.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of business and commercial principles.
• Ownership mindset and ability to shape new topics and processes.
• Structured, independent and a strong team player.
• Confident German and English communication, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; BI/reporting tools are a plus.

We are seeking a Pricing Specialist (m/f/d) to strengthen our Product Marketing in the Automotive Aftermarket business. In this newly created position, you will take responsibility for further developing our pricing activities. Leveraging your pricing expertise, you will shape pricing strategies, provide valuable insights into market and business developments, and gradually take on additional responsibilities in Product Management.

Your core responsibilities

• You develop pricing strategies and pricing recommendations for various product groups and markets
• You analyze market, competitor, sales and profitability data and derive actionable recommendations for steering sales performance
• You establish and continuously improve pricing processes, analyses and decision-making tools
• You act as the central point of contact for pricing-related topics and work closely with Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Supply Chain and Finance
• You support the evaluation of new products and market opportunities, as well as the development of business cases
• Following the successful establishment of the pricing function, you will gradually take on additional responsibilities in Product Management and contribute to the further development of our product portfolio

Profile and Qualifications

• You hold a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, Finance or a comparable qualification
• You have professional experience in pricing, including hands-on experience in the analysis and development of pricing strategies
• You possess strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of business and commercial principles
• You enjoy taking ownership and actively shaping new topics and processes
• You work in a structured and independent manner and are a strong team player
• You communicate confidently in German and English, both verbally and in writing
• You are proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with BI and reporting tools is an advantage

Salary: gross €52,000 - €62,000 per year
