DKV Mobility is seeking a Pricing Manager Fuel to shape pricing strategy and drive revenue growth in a hybrid work setting in Ratingen, Germany. You will analyze markets, optimize existing pricing, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Executives to implement data-driven pricing initiatives.

The role requires a degree in business or economics with pricing focus and several years in pricing, preferably in an international B2B context.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or comparable qualification with focus on Pricing or Controlling.
• Several years of professional pricing experience, ideally in a B2B environment.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and strategic thinking; ability to drive topics forward.

As part of our team,you will take on the following responsibilities:

• You develop and implement pricing strategies and initiatives that sustainably increase revenue and profitability.
• You analyze and optimize existing pricing strategies, measure their effectiveness, and derive actionable recommendations for relevant stakeholders.
• You conduct market, competitor, and potential analyses to identify growth opportunities and areas for optimization.
• You work closely with Sales, Supplier Management, Product Management, and Executive Management to continuously enhance pricing methodologies, processes, and tools.
• You drive the automation and optimization of pricing-related processes in collaboration with internal business functions.
• You lead projects or sub-projects and actively contribute to the design and implementation of new services, processes, and pricing initiatives.
• You support the further development of data-driven decision-making and help foster a modern pricing culture across the organization.

What makes you stand out

• You have successfully completed a degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable qualification with a focus on Pricing or Controlling.
• You bring several years of professional experience in pricing, ideally within a B2B environment.
• You have solid expertise in market, competitor, and potential analyses, preferably in an international context.
• You possess strong analytical, conceptual, and strategic thinking skills.
• You work independently, in a structured and solution‑oriented manner, and proactively drive topics forward, even beyond your immediate area of responsibility.
• You are a team player with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• You have advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI. Experience with SAP Analysis and knowledge of SQL are considered an advantage.
• You communicate confidently and persuasively in both German and English, both written and spoken.
