IEM is seeking a senior Power System Architect to partner with Sales across the assigned region, interpreting project specifications and guiding estimation and design teams.

You will develop scalable, standards-compliant power system architectures, ensuring performance and reliability while collaborating with electrical, mechanical, and thermal engineering teams. Open to candidates in the United States.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and PE license preferred.
• 5+ years in power system architecture.
• Experience with UL/IEEE standards.
• Candidates in United States eligible.

Requirements

• 5+ years in power system architecture
• Expertise in UL, IEEE standards and industry practices
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Knowledge of microgrid applications
• Power equipment sales or commercial collaboration experience
• Innovation leadership and vendor engagement
• Open to candidates located in the United States
