Barrington James is seeking a Senior Power Electronics & Controls Engineer for a confidential MedTech project in Berlin. You will own the development of high-power electronics and real-time control for an advanced medical device, driving converters, HV electronics, and embedded firmware. 

The role requires 8+ years in power electronics, hands-on lab work, and on-site presence in Berlin, with exposure to medical/regulatory hardware.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years' power electronics experience.
• Experience with high-power resonant/soft-switching converters.
• High-voltage/high-current hardware experience.
• Experience with wide-bandgap semiconductors and power magnetics.
• Embedded control experience using C, DSP or FPGA.
• Strong hands-on lab and measurement skills.
• Medical/regulated hardware experience.
• Able to work on-site in Berlin.

Aufgaben
