Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a Population Health Informaticist to contribute to AI training efforts focused on healthcare data, public health analytics, and population-level insights. This remote hourly contract offers 10–40 hours per week.

You will collect, integrate, and evaluate population health metrics, assess AI-generated analyses for clinical relevance, and design dashboards and data pipelines to support monitoring and decision-making in public health initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Collect, integrate, and evaluate population health metrics to identify trends, disparities, and opportunities for improving health outcomes across communities
• Assess AI-generated health data analyses for accuracy, clinical relevance, and methodological soundness
• Design and review dashboards, data pipelines, and reporting frameworks that support monitoring, surveillance, and decision-making for population health initiatives
• Translate analytical insights into clear, actionable strategies and provide structured feedback on AI outputs
• Apply your expertise to ensure AI-generated public health content meets real-world standards

Who You Are

• Experienced working with healthcare, public health, or population-level datasets
• Strong analytical and data visualization skills, including experience with dashboards and reporting tools
• Able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working independently in an asynchronous environment
• Background in public health, health informatics, epidemiology, biostatistics, or a related field

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or evaluation systems
• Familiarity with AI or machine learning workflows in a healthcare context
• Experience with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Python, R, or SQL
• Knowledge of health equity frameworks and social determinants of health
