Job summary

Orbital Critical Systems in Manching is seeking an experienced Programme & Project Manager to support combat air programmes (e.g., Eurofighter). You will provide PMO support for complex initiatives and coordinate with stakeholders to maintain schedules.

• Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Informatics or related field.
• Knowledge of PMO, Risk Management, Project Scheduling, Performance Reporting, Stakeholder Management, Change Control.
• B2/C1 English Level – mandatory.
• C1 German Level – mandatory.
• Applicants must hold citizenship of a European country.

Responsibilities

• PMO support for complex Combat Air programmes (e.g., Eurofighter).
• Lead risk analysis, mitigation plans, and opportunity tracking across the full lifecycle.
• Plan and manage project schedules, schedule risk assessments, and Monte Carlo simulations.
• Monitor project performance, provide KPIs, reporting, and decision-support data.
• Ensure effective stakeholder management, communication, and maturity gate reviews.
• Integrate requirements, resources, costs, and manage configuration and change processes.
