Schülke & Mayr GmbH in Hamburg seeks an experienced PMO Lead to drive the Life Science Transformation. You will coordinate a cross-functional program spanning organization, processes, technology, ERP, and governance, shaping the future Life Science setup while ensuring execution and continuity.

You bring extensive transformation leadership, ERP experience (SAP S/4HANA, Dynamics, Oracle), and a strong ability to align stakeholders, with fluent English and German a plus.

We are looking for an experienced transformation leader to drive a strategic transformation program within our Life Science business. As PMO Lead, Life Science Transformation , you will lead and coordinate a complex, cross-functional program spanning organization, processes, technology, ERP, and governance. Acting as the central coordination point between leadership teams, business functions, external partners, and implementation teams, you will help shape the future setup of the Life Science business while ensuring effective execution and business continuity throughout the transformation.

Y our Responsibilitie s

• Lead and steer the overall Life Science transformation program , ensuring delivery against key objectives, timelines, budgets, and risks.

Translate the strategic transformation agenda and future operating model into an integrated implementation roadmap with clear milestones and accountability.

Establish and manage PMO governance, reporting, decision-making, risk management, and executive steering processes .

Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across organization, finance, supply chain, quality, regulatory, IT, data, and cybersecurity.

Serve as the central coordination point between executive leadership, business functions, external advisors , implementation partners, and technology vendors.

Drive the planning and execution of key organizational, operational, process, and technology transformation activities , ensuring business readiness and continuity.

Support the development of the future organization, operating model, governance structure, and key business processes .

Lead or support ERP evaluation, selection, and implementation , ensuring alignment with future business requirements and operating processes.

Drive change management, communication, and business readiness across the transformation.

Create transparency on program progress, risks, dependencies, resources, costs, and benefits realization.

Your Profile

University degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Operations, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

Extensive experience leading large-scale transformation programs as PMO Director, Program Director, Transformation Lead, or Senior Project Manager.

Proven track record in complex organizational transformations, business model changes, integrations, carve-outs, or comparable strategic transformation programs.

Strong experience transforming strategic concepts into executable implementation plans and delivering results in complex organizations.

Hands-on experience with ERP selection and implementation projects, ideally involving SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle , or similar platforms.

Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, HR, and IT.

Experience in Life Sciences, healthcare, manufacturing, chemicals , or other regulated environments is highly desirable.

Expertise in program governance, integrated planning, risk management, executive reporting, and stakeholder management.

Ability to influence senior executives and build alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.

Fluent English required; German is an advantage.

Strategic, structured, hands-on, and pragmatic with strong leadership and change management capabilities.
