Job summary

Inka System GmbH sucht Unterstützung im Bereich PLC-Programmierung und Automatisierungstechnik. Sie arbeiten an Spezialmaschinen mit Schwerpunkten auf S7/TIA Portal und Beckhoff TwinCAT 3, planen Inbetriebnahmen und unterstützen internationale Kunden.

Sie verfügen über eine passende Ausbildung, bringen Erfahrung im Anlagenbau mit und kommunizieren sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch. Reisebereitschaft von ca. 25% gehört dazu.

Qualifications

• Ausbildung als Elektroniker/in für Automatisierungstechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Berufserfahrung in einer mittelständischen Anlagenbau-Firma.
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; Reisebereitschaft 25 %.

Responsibilities

• Programmierung von SPS-Steuerungen (S7/TIA Portal, TwinCAT 3) für Sondermaschinen.
• Inbetriebnahme der Anlagen beim Kunden im In- und Ausland.
• Mit den Fachabteilungen Planung, Montage, Inbetriebnahme, Fehlersuche und Optimierung des Taktkreises zusammenarbeiten.
• Projektzeitplanung koordinieren in Abstimmung mit dem Projektleiter.

Job description

• Programming of special-machine-building projects with a focus on PLCs, drive systems, robots, and field buses.
• Conception and design of the programs in line with customer requirements.
• Commissioning of the special-purpose machines in-house and at German and international customers.
• Collaboration with the specialist departments on the conception, assembly, commissioning, troubleshooting, and cycle-time optimisation of the systems.
• Point of contact for the project manager in scheduling and handling the project.
• Training as a technician specialising in automation technology, or completed vocational training as an electronics technician with experience in automation technology
• Professional experience in a medium-sized plant-engineering company
• Good knowledge of PLC programming, preferably Simatic S7 TIA Portal and/or Beckhoff TwinCat 3
• Experience with drive systems, robots, and field-bus systems is desirable but not a requirement
• International willingness to travel (25 %).
• Fluent German and good English language skills
