Zusammenfassung

beON consult GmbH is seeking an experienced Platform Engineer / DevOps Consultant to shape modern cloud and platform landscapes in Munich. The role focuses on Linux, Kubernetes, and automation, with opportunities to grow into AI platform topics.

Build, operate, and optimize Linux-based platforms, manage Kubernetes/OpenShift/Rancher environments, and design cloud infrastructures on Azure/AWS/GCP. Strong IaC and CI/CD skills are essential, plus German and English fluency.

Qualifikationen

• Degree with a technical focus or a comparable IT qualification.
• Experience as Platform Engineer, DevOps Consultant, Cloud Engineer, or in a similar role.
• Strong Linux/infrastructure administration skills with Linux distributions (Red Hat/SUSE/CentOS).
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift/Rancher.
• Experience with at least one hyperscaler: Azure, AWS, or GCP including deployment/architecture.
• Strong skills in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible).
• Experience with CI/CD, automation, and GitOps (Jenkins/GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps/ArgoCD).
• DevOps/SRE mindset and experience with Git, artifact management, code scanning, and pipeline management.
• Interest in AI platforms (OpenShift AI, AI/ML workloads on Kubernetes, KServe, vLLM, GPU infra, model serving).
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.

Qualifications

• Degree with a technical focus or a comparable IT qualification
• Experience as a Platform Engineer, DevOps Consultant, Cloud Engineer, or in a comparable role
• Strong Linux / infrastructure administration skills, ideally with Red Hat, SUSE, or CentOS
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift, or Rancher
• Experience with at least one hyperscaler: Azure, AWS, or GCP, including practical project experience in deployments and architecture
• Strong skills in Infrastructure as Code, especially Terraform and Ansible
• Experience with CI/CD, automation, and GitOps, e.g. Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or ArgoCD
• DevOps / SRE mindset and experience with Git, artifact management, code scanning, and pipeline management
• Strong interest in AI platforms and motivation to learn topics such as OpenShift AI, AI/ML workloads on Kubernetes, KServe, vLLM, GPU infrastructure, and model serving
• Prior exposure to AI, data, or automation topics is a plus, but not required
• Business fluent German and English, both written and spoken
