Zusammenfassung

beON consult GmbH in Düsseldorf is seeking an experienced Platform Engineer / DevOps Consultant with a strong focus on Linux, Kubernetes, cloud, and automation. You will build, operate, and evolve Linux-based platforms and manage Kubernetes/OpenShift/Rancher environments.

You will design cloud infrastructures on Azure, AWS, or GCP, automate with Terraform and Ansible, and develop CI/CD pipelines and GitOps models. German and English fluency required.

Qualifikationen

• Degree with a technical focus or a comparable IT qualification.
• Experience as Platform Engineer, DevOps Consultant, Cloud Engineer, or in a comparable role.
• Strong Linux / infrastructure administration skills, ideally with Red Hat, SUSE, or CentOS.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift, or Rancher.
• Experience with at least one hyperscaler: Azure, AWS, or GCP, including practical project experience in deployments and architecture.
• Strong skills in Infrastructure as Code, especially Terraform and Ansible.
• Experience with CI/CD, automation, and GitOps, e.g. Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or ArgoCD.
• DevOps / SRE mindset and experience with Git, artifact management, code scanning, and pipeline management.
• Strong interest in AI platforms and motivation to learn topics such as OpenShift AI, AI/ML workloads on Kubernetes, KServe, vLLM, GPU infrastructure, and model serving.
