Zusammenfassung

Die Hahn Bau Gruppe sucht engagierte Gesellen im Verputzerhandwerk, die als Verputzer arbeiten. Wir planen, bauen, sanieren und erneuern – zuverlässig, nachhaltig und ganzheitlich. Wir setzen auf eine familiäre Atmosphäre, flache Hierarchien und eine offene Kommunikation.

Zu den Aufgaben gehören der Innen- und Außenputz, die Verarbeitung unterschiedlicher Putzsysteme sowie die Installation von ETICS. Wir bieten eine unbefristete Festanstellung, attraktive Vergütung und individuelle

Qualifikationen

• Gesellenbrief als Verputzer oder gleichwertige Qualifikation ist willkommen.

Aufgaben

• Produktion, Verarbeitung und Gestaltung von Innen- und Außenputz.
• Arbeiten mit verschiedenen Putzsystemen (z.B. Kalk-, Zement-, Gips- und Lehmputz).
• Anbringung von Außenwärmedämmverbundsystemen (ETICS).
• Montage und Verarbeitung von Stuckelementen, Profilen, Gesimsen und Fassadendekorationen.
• Renovierung und Restaurierung historischer Putz- und Stuckoberflächen.
• Ausführung von Trockenbauarbeiten (Wand- und Deckenbekleidung).
• Dichtungs- und Dämmarbeiten an Wand- und Deckenflächen.
• Instandsetzungsarbeiten an bestehenden Oberflächen.

Our challenge

We see ourselves as a small, sustainable family business that has grown significantly in recent years. Our clients include industrial and commercial businesses as well as public sector clients with specific construction requirements. Our revenue has risen sharply, and our staff has multiplied within just a few years. We now have more than 80 employees.

Your role & personality

We want to shape our future and prepare the company for sustainable development. We are not a large corporation; we want to maintain a friendly and warm atmosphere among ourselves. This includes using first names. We have an open, authentic company culture, and we intend to keep it that way.

We are looking for journeymen in the finishing trade to work as plasterers.

Technical execution

• Production, processing, and design of interior and exterior plaster
• Working with a wide variety of plaster systems (e.g., lime, cement, gypsum, and clay plaster)
• Installation of external thermal insulation composite systems (ETICS)
• Assembly and processing of stucco elements, profiles, cornices, and facade decorations
• Renovation and restoration of historic plaster and stucco surfaces
• Execution of drywall construction work (e.g., wall and ceiling systems, filling work)
• Sealing and insulation work on wall and ceiling surfaces
• Repair and maintenance work on existing surfaces

Additional Tasks

• Assisting with facade renovations and energy-efficiency upgrades
• Applying floor coatings on a limited scale

Work preparation and organization

• Preparing the workspace, including masking and protective measures
• Managing materials and tools (daily and forward-looking)
• Inspecting and preparing substrates (adhesion, moisture, load-bearing capacity)
• Coordinating with foremen, site managers, and project managers
• Ensuring efficient workflows on the construction site

Quality, deadlines, and cost-efficiency

• Completing work independently and on schedule
• Adhering to technical specifications, manufacturer requirements, and quality standards
• Handling materials and tools with care
• Actively contributing to the optimization of work processes

Documentation

• Recording daily working hours (e.g., in 123erfasst)
• Documenting special incidents, defects, or deviations
• Creating photo documentation of completed work

Occupational safety and environmental protection

• Compliance with all occupational health and safety and accident prevention regulations
• Safe handling of machinery, tools, and building materials
• Order and cleanliness at the workplace

Professional handling of hazardous substances and chemical products.
